Outside my window... salespeople for a home-protection company whose opening line was "there is a lot of crime in your neighborhood" BYE BYE
I am thinking... that I can't believe how fast this day went and I didn't even spend it all on the computer ;)
I am thankful for... my brother's back healing after he was left immobile Sunday after injuring himself
From the learning rooms... had a great homeschooling day today and ancient history is actually interesting!
From the kitchen... the kids and I just had leftovers - tacos for them, pork for me
I am wearing... a -tshirt and shorts
I am creating... nothing at the moment
I am going... to MNO tomorrow with my good friend Nathalie
I am reading... a new book from the library, but I have been in a dry spell for about a week with nothing to read
I am hoping... that my own hip heals soon. I am feeling much better, but I am still having hip and leg pain.
I am hearing... Maggie trying to get someone to help her play The Sims
Around the house... things are looking pretty good, but it really needs a good cleaning
One of my favorite things... sadly I can't even answer this at the moment, but one of my LEAST favorite things is Windows Live Mail
A few plans for the rest of the week... the hubby is taking a few days off so we are hoping to go to the zoo and a water park. Maybe I should check the weather?

Outside my window... my little birdhouse is falling apart, someone needs to nail it back together. I guess I'll do that tomorrow.
I am thinking... that Greg should be calling any minute and I'll have to start cooking dinner.
I am thankful for... the fact that my older kids are at their dad's this week so all the cleaning I did this morning will last the whole week.
From the learning rooms... I'm very ambivalent about Noah's experience at p.s.
From the kitchen... I got some HUGE pork chops at Winn Dixie this morning with some Cajun Seasoning and I'll grill them tomorrow. YUM.
I am wearing... what else? A black T and khaki cargo shorts.
I am creating... dinner?
I am going... to take another bath tonight :)

I am hoping... to hear back from the part-time job I applied for
I am hearing... the air conditioning unit outside my window and the sounds of Noah playing a videogame.
Around the house... Zandra is up in her room, Noah's in the entryroom, I'm in the living room and 2 loads of laundry are waiting for me to fold them.
One of my favorite things... checking the mail. I love checking the mail. Always have.
A few plans for the rest of the week... going to MNO with you tomorrow night, taking Aimee for her annual check-up on Thursday, going orienteering with Greg and Noah on Saturday.
